And Daniel purposed in his heart not to sin against God! Daniel 1:8
Bible characters are left for us as examples to follow as we do life. The bravery of Daniel and the three Hebrew children is not just to be read about but to be lived out everyday.
What decisions have you taken to preserve your hope in God cause it will be tested eventually?
There I was, a naive young girl proceeding for my internship during my undergraduate days. We had just finished the induction and got our posting to various departments (luckily I was posted to the Operations department) being an engineering student.
I got talking with the young man that was taking me to formally introduce to my team and he expressed his fears regarding the work environment and culture of the place where I have just found myself and he encouraged me to be of good report all through my stay. As he was narrating the entire thing to me I took a decision to be different from others and quit if it got to the point of my having to choose between my faith and the internship.
That particular decision was all God needed me to do in order for Him to align my path perfectly just like He did the three Hebrew guys.
Guess what?? I finished the internship with the warmth and support of the best Supervisors who ended up becoming a great Father figure to me.
God saw me through even in that environment with all it’s practices because I was willing to let it go for God’s sake
We live out the Bible everyday and the stories are relatable. Please I urge you to take a stand for the Lord, say like the Hebrew children even if He doesn’t save us we will still trust Him
Daniel 3:16-18
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered King Nebuchadnezzar, "Your threat means nothing to us.
17 If you throw us in the fire, the God we serve can rescue us from your roaring furnace and anything else you might cook up, O king.
18 But even if he doesn't, it wouldn't make a bit of difference, O king. We still wouldn't serve your gods or worship the gold statue you set up."

I am blessed by your word.
